Hello! It’s already June and we’ve just reached the half of this year, gosh. I have been working on the calendar 2017 these 2 weeks from just after the opening the exhibition in Perugia. In this year, I have decided to paint a lot of animals, that I love so much that when I was very young one of my best friend said that I love more animals than human (could be true? I don’t know). So for the calendar 2017, I have the theme and title ‘ Little beings of the meadow’. Each month of the calendar has the illustration of little meadow animals. Today I finished the final month december, and I am making the cover page. Making calendar is like making a picture book or a zine, difference is just the content is the indication of the time of a year. Days, weeks, months… I love making calendar. So that’s what I have been doing these 2 weeks, and I am already anxious for the next event I will attend, GOMMA FESTIVAL ( www.gommagommagomma.worldpress.com) . I’m intended to make at least one new illustration painting to show there, in the early next week.Let’s see what will come out!
Ciao! E’ gia’ Giugno e siamo arrivati giusto alla meta’ dell’ anno. Queste 2 settimane stavo lavorando sul calendario 2017, subito dopo la inaugurazione della mostra a Perugia. Quest’anno, ho deciso di dipingere un sacco di animali, che li amo, cosi tanto che quando ero molto giovane una delle mie migliori amiche ha detto che io amo più’ animali che umani ( che sara’ vero ? chissà’?) Per cui per il calendario 2017, ho scelto il tema e il titolo ‘ Piccolini nel prato’ . Ogni mese del calendario ha illustrazione dei cuccioli degli animali di campagna. Oggi ho finito l’ultimo mese che e’ il dicembre, e stavo lavorando la pagina di copertina. Creare un calendario assomiglia a creare libri illustrati o zine, la differenza e’ che il contenuto e’ indicazione del tempo di un anno. Giorni, Settimane, Mese…amo creare calendario. Quindi e’ questo che stavo facendo queste 2 settimane, e sono gia’ ansiosa per l’evento che avviene la domenica prossima, GOMMA FESTIVAL (www.gommagommagomma.worldpress.com). Ho intenzione di dipingere almeno un’illustrazione per esibirla, nei primi giorni della prossima settimana. Vediamo cosa viene fuori !
